Account & Registration

Registering with megaking is simple and free. Click the "Register" button at the top of the website or visit the Register. Fill in your basic details including name, Malaysian phone number, email address, and password. Verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS. The entire process takes under two minutes and your account is activated immediately.

The minimum age to register and play at megaking is 21 years old. All new players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is approved. megaking takes child protection seriously and no exceptions are made in this regard.

No. megaking only allows one account per individual. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions. If discovered, all related accounts will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited. If you're having trouble with an existing account, contact our customer support for assistance.

To verify your identity, megaking requires:
  • A clear copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back
  • A selfie of you holding your MyKad
  • Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the last 3 months)
Documents can be submitted through the Account Verification section in the player portal. The review process is typically completed within 2 to 24 hours.

Changes to basic information such as phone number, email address, and password can be made through the Account Settings menu. For changes to your full name or date of birth, you will need to contact the support team as this information requires additional verification for security and compliance purposes.

Deposit & Withdrawal

megaking supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia:

Withdrawals to eWallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost) are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals to local bank accounts take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the time of request. Withdrawals submitted outside bank business hours may be processed on the next working day.

The minimum deposit limit at megaking is RM10 for eWallet methods and RM30 for bank transfers. Maximum limits depend on your account tier and chosen payment method — accounts that have completed full KYC verification enjoy higher limits. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined for several reasons:
  • KYC incomplete or documents missing
  • Bonus rollover requirement not yet met
  • Bank account details do not match the megaking account holder's name
  • Account is under security review
If your withdrawal is rejected, the support team will send a notification explaining the reason and the steps you need to take.

Bonus & Promotions

The 150% welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after your first deposit is successfully processed — no promo code required. The bonus will appear in your bonus balance within minutes. A rollover requirement (typically 10x to 20x) must be met before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.

A rollover requirement means you must wager your bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw any winnings earned from that bonus. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover, you must place bets totalling RM1,000 before you can withdraw the winnings from that bonus.

The 10% weekly cashback is credited every Monday based on your net losses over the previous 7 days. This cashback carries a lower rollover requirement than standard deposit bonuses. Check the active promotions page in your account for the full applicable terms.

Every megaking member has a unique referral code that can be shared with friends. When your friend registers using your code and makes their first deposit, you will automatically receive a RM50 referral bonus. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer — the more friends you bring in, the more bonuses you earn.

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings and select Security. Click "Enable 2FA" and follow the instructions to link your account to your phone number. After this, every login attempt will require a 6-digit OTP code sent to your phone as an additional security layer.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, take the following steps immediately:
  • Change your password immediately via Account Settings
  • Enable 2FA if you haven't already
  • Contact megaking support via live chat and report the incident
  • Review your transaction history and report any suspicious activity

Mobile App

The megaking app is available for Android and iOS. Visit the Download for the latest download link. For Android devices, you'll need to enable installation from unknown sources in your phone settings. For iOS, follow the configuration profile installation instructions provided on that page.

Data usage depends on the type of game. Slots and table games use very little data (typically under 5MB per hour). Live Casino with HD video streaming uses more data — around 300MB to 500MB per hour. We recommend using WiFi for Live Casino sessions for the smoothest experience.

Try the following troubleshooting steps:
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • Clear the app cache in your phone settings

Self-exclusion can be activated through Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. Choose an exclusion period ranging from 6 months to lifetime.
